春联和年画

放烟火

守岁

各地春节习俗

上海

除夕到子夜时,有一些人会往城内庙中争烧“头香”,撞“头钟”。玉佛寺一般都是烧头香的地方,龙华寺是撞头钟的地方。

上海人习惯大年初一早晨第一顿饭一定要吃汤圆,意味新年圆圆满满,而且要有汤水,寓意有财有势。

广东

除夕前人们便忙碌张罗备办各式年货了:买鸡、鹅、鸭、鱼肉;添制新衣饰;新购家具、器皿;选购年画、春联等。尤其要买柑桔、青橄榄等水果作象征吉祥如意和迎送亲友的佳果。旧俗过年前,男必新理发,女必“挽面”,现女子多为剪发美容。

东北三省

首先全家一起祭祖,焚香秉烛、 广陈供品,依尊卑长幼,向宗亲三代神主叩首,表示辞岁。随后,举行家宴,长辈们坐了上首,晚辈们团团而坐,取“阖第团圆”之意。饭果必要丰富,让人有充实感,预示来年丰衣足食,事业兴旺。

福建

闽南一带乡村过年习俗显得与城市不尽相同。乡村农家,房多门多,除了贴春联外,房门两侧还要搁置两株圈贴红纸的连根甘蔗,叫“门蔗”,方言“蔗”与“佳” 近音,寓意进入佳境。厅堂中案桌摆有隔年饭、长年菜、发糕,并插上用红、黄两色纸扎的“春枝”,寓意饭菜长年丰足,吉祥发财。

春节的来历

春节,即农历新年,俗称过年,一般指除夕和正月初一。但在民间,传统意义上的春节是指从腊月初八的腊祭或腊月二十三或二十四的祭灶,一直到正月十五,其中以除夕和正月初一为高潮。春节历史悠久,起源于殷商时期年头岁尾的祭神祭祖活动。在春节期间,中国的汉族和很多少数民族都要举行各种活动以示庆祝。这些活动均以祭祀神佛、祭奠祖先、除旧布新、迎禧接福、祈求丰年为主要内容。活动丰富多彩,带有浓郁的民族特色。春节俗称“年节”,是中华民族最隆重的传统佳节。
